My Strengths

My project was based on Integration of technology into the learning environment. The project took into consideration the process of the project plan, needs analysis, instructional design based on learner analysis and evaluation analysis. There are two areas in which I performed excellently. They include project evaluation analysis and learner analysis. I was able to articulate comprehensively these two areas by elucidating leaner’s abilities, and motivation as well as providing an appropriate evaluation approach that suits well with my project. However, there are two areas in which I believe, and I need a room for improvement. These include information gap analysis and instructional and delivery strategies.

I would recommend a change in evaluation type when revising the instructional design for stakeholders. Evaluation entails a precise determination of worth, significance, and worth of training or learning process concerning certain pre-set standards. If the previously used approach is not effective enough to demonstrate the worthiness of the project it would be essential to initiate changes. 

I will consider engaging stakeholders in the process of attaining an effective evaluation process. This is a fundamental change because it will assist in identifying potential risks and visibility of the project. The change will ascertain that stakeholder engagement and communication provides a clear and detailed description of the project. 

Another essential change is the consideration of natural disasters and climate change related risks. These are occasions that can partially or completely destroy the infrastructure set aside specifically for the project. There will be downscaled models which use macro information to provide accurate climate outcomes.
