Overview:
At the end of each module, you had an opportunity to summarize the competencies or strategies that you were able to develop over the work term. In this exercise you will be building upon these module reflections to summarize the competencies in which you grew and identifying opportunities for further development.
Reflection for work-integrated learning allows you to consider how your own learning changed before and after the experience. Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) also allows you to:

Focus on what you have learned and its significance on your personal and professional growth while also identifying and addressing developmental gaps in learning.
· Articulate competencies you have learned or improved on while also locating potential gaps that you would like to strengthen.
· Consider the relationships you have built with others and ways that you can continue to strengthen those relationships.
