, etc. Essentially, this is your turn to be in charge and use your ideas to develop an effective HR function. Be creative! An outline is provided each week to help give you an idea of what information to include, but you are not limited to the items listed. As well, your submissions should be in traditional APA paper format. Do not simply answer the outline questions or use bullet statements. Use references and examples to support your writing (See rubric) The Capstone project is segmented into eight separate assignments (Weeks 1 thru 8). Each segment targets a different element of HR and is graded individually — there is no overall grade for a final submission. Each week, there will be a separate requirement as one element of your project. The specific areas of focus for each respective week will be outlined in the respective week’s module.
