6. Philosophical Reflection on Plan

I am very excited as to why my whole plan turned out. I had to put lots of efforts into it to bring out the best blueprint of what I wanted. When I was coming up with this plan, I realize that I need to work on several areas to maintain happiness in my life. First, I should formulate the best strategies to manage my sources of stress. Stress is quite inevitable in life yet they are strategies to manage it. Also, I need to work on the relaxers that help me cool off in stress environment. For example, I should go for swimming regularly and buy more novels to keep me relaxed.

Education, healthy relationships and financial stability play important roles in my life’s happiness. First, I find fulfillment and happiness when my education is productive. For instance, I am always elated and on top of the moon when I attain perfect scores in my exams. Also, I am always full of life and happiness if my relationships with others are working out. For example, I tend to loose morale when there is a strain in my relationship with my parents of friends. Lastly, financial stability also boosts my happiness because I do not have to get worried about how I am going to cater for my needs. Financial instability can be quite frustrating and annoying that it could deny someone peace and happiness.

My values and goals are meaningful to me because they give me a sense of direction in life. I live a principled life as directed by my values and goals because I believe in a vision that I have to reach. Surprisingly, we cannot exist without barriers in this life. For instance, I anticipate facing barriers such as finances, heath issues, and time management barriers in my efforts to achieve my goals.
