Explain this statement: “The Declaration of Independence is an extremely liberal document and the American Constitution is an extremely conservative document.” (Note: we are not using the terms “liberal” and “conservative” in contemporary ways we refer to Democrats or Republicans here. Discussion Topic: What are your thoughts on the recent reversal of the United States Supreme Court overturning a 1973 decision of Roe v. Wade. Read the case,
