Through harnessing the power of U.S. citizens, Coultas expressed that subtle indicators of lone wolf attackers would be identified and, thus, help in preventing such attacks.
Assessment: Coultas is an officer in the U.S. Navy and has experience interacting with security problems. His article was a master’s thesis that attracted the attention of his seniors in the military, as well as, academic staff in the assessment of such works. Reflection: Thomas will be important in the explanation of different scopes of why youths accept to join violent terrorism where gun misuse is rife. He will be useful in explaining the different reasons that lead youths to terrorism in the background of the paper.

Summary: Squires explains how the shooting and killing of children in school led to the reform of gun laws in Britain. The book evaluates social and political reactions to gun misuse in Britain. It further evaluates the different policy adoptions in Britain and the U.S.
